　みなさま、こんにちは。
　社労士の　西村介延　です。

　せっかくの週末というのに、雨。
　いかがお過ごしですか？

　きのうは１２月の支部例会リハーサルを行いました。
　ついに、というかいよいよというか、１２月例会では、ぼくが報告します。

　もう何度も人の報告は聴きましたし、先月は座長もやらせていただいて、報告のいいところを討論につなげるお役目もさせていただきましたが・・・。
　いざ自分が報告するとなると、なにをどうはなしていいものか分らず。

　第一回ということで、ざっくりしたレジメだけにして、意見を聴きました。

　例会委員長と座長くらいが来てくれるのかとおもっていたら、先月報告の青木さんも来てくれ、個性心理學を先に学んでいたという先輩も来ていただけました。
　おかげで率直な意見が聞けました。
　わざわざ来てくれている人にいい話を・・・という意気込みはともかく、例会報告で大事なのは、報告者自身がいままでの自分を振り返る機会だということ・・・を指摘されました。
　これまでいくつもの例会に出て、なにを学んだのか？？と反省しました。
　きのう、リハーサルが終わってから、もう一度自分の人生を振り返っています。
　
　忘れられることなく認め続けられるために・・・学び続けること、学んだことをもって人のお役に立つこと

　この２つは基本姿勢で保ってきたと思えます。

　次回は来週、もう一度やっていただけるということなので、なるほどおもろいやつやと思てたけど、やっぱりおもろいのう・・・と思ってもらえる
報告にしたいと思っております。

　きょうはなんだか、小学生の作文になりました。
　原稿つくりにアタマがいっぱいなので、かんにんね！
